Speaker Management: Nominated and prepared two speakers, including profiles, abstracts, and presentations aligned with event themes.

Promotional Content: Produced images, branding materials, and advertisements highlighting OQ8’s sustainability efforts.

Media Relations: Coordinated media coverage of booth activities and speaker sessions to amplify OQ8’s contributions.

Social Media Activation: Delivered engaging real-time content, including posts and highlights throughout the event week.

Giveaways: Designed and distributed 3,000 branded giveaways to enhance recall and audience engagement.
